Supervision at Football Games

The yards behind the football field are not for kids to play on.  We have been asked to keep kids off.  Please help keep an eye on your child and off the neighboring yards around the football field.

Riverside Rebel Corn Hole Board Raffle

Stop by the desk to get tickets and the Booster will get out to the games here soon to promote it.  The ticket will be drawn on December 13th during half time of the boys’ varsity game.  $5/ticket or $20/5 tickets

This year’s parade will start at the fairground at 1:30pm. Traveling down 4th street, taking a left on B street and then end at the new school.  The public is welcome and encouraged to attend to show our school and community pride!  All three schools will be participating in the parade. Parents wanting to watch their elementary students should plan on watching the parade on B street starting at 7th street. Each elementary grade will join at different points along B street starting at 7th street. We would also like to invite any alumni that would like to put a float together or walk in the parade. You can email Nichol Duncan at nichol.duncan@bgh4.k12.wy.us or Shannon Morgan at shannon.morgan@bgh4.k12.wy.us to enter the parade or if you have any questions.

 

The public is invited to the Junior class chili feed, located at the new school.  It will begin at 4:30 pm and will end at 7:00 pm.  Prices: single: $6, student: $4, family or group of 6 or less: $20.  You can buy the tickets from any junior class member.  

The chili feed will be followed by the junior varsity game at 5:00pm and varsity volleyball game at 6:00pm at the new gym against the Meeteetse, Longhorns.

The burning of the R will take place at the football field at 8:00pm. The public is welcome and encouraged to attend.

The football game will take place at 2:00 pm against the Meeteetse, Longhorns.  Come out and support your hometown football team as they fight for the win! 

Homecoming dance for high school students will take place from 8:00pm-11:00pm.

30:  Senior Parents & Students at lunchtime (12:11-12:45 p.m.) we will be meeting with our rep from BALFOUR (our graduation supplier) and ordering cap, tassel, gowns & stoles.  Ordering packets will go home with the students.  You can send your packet with payment to the school with your child, or stop in and talk to our BALFOUR Rep. if you have questions.  Payment will be required at the time of ordering. There will also be optional purchases such as extra tassels, class rings, and invitations.  Checks can be made payable to Rocky Mountain Balfour.

30:  Junior Parents & Students OPTIONAL at lunchtime we will be meeting with our rep from BALFOUR.  The Junior class is invited to look at class rings. 

30:  Freshman, Sophomore, Junior & Senior Parents & Students OPTIONAL at lunchtime we will be meeting with our rep from BALFOUR.  If you are interested in ordering a letterman’s jacket let Skye know by October 11th, so we can get an idea of how many order forms need to be sent.
