ZERO HOUR(S) via ZOOM!!!
Zero Hour is back! Just like everything else it'll be a little different. But it'll give you a chance to get back in a routine and stay fit. We'll be doing general all body workouts (focusing on upper and lower body, core, and agility). Workouts will be designed to be done in the comforts of your own home. There will be two different times to attend. 7:30am or 2:30pm every Monday through Thursday starting on Monday April 20th. Sometimes it's easier if we're all doing it together. So encourage each other to join!
Please email Coach Buck at email@example.com if you'd like the zoom link to participate or if you just have any questions.

Just a reminder, all 17- and 18-year-old guys: When you turn 18, the law says you have to register with the Selective Service (you can even register early!). It’s your civic responsibility and keeps you eligible for student loans, job training, government jobs, and driver’s licenses in most states. You can get your Selective Service registration card at your local post office or register at www.sss.gov.
